The seminar addresses to female (junior) group leader or postdocs in lateral leadership.
It will show opportunities to shape the development of your team from the very beginning, making constructive use of different individual competencies, attitudes and cultural backgrounds.
The aim of the methodological approach is to enable participants to transfer what they have learned to their own situations and to promote the sustainability of the content imparted, so you should be prepared to work on your own cases.
We will work as closely as possible to the everyday life of the participants, using methods that activate the participants. In the run-up to the workshop, a survey of expectations will be conducted.
The seminar will be held in English.
